Kevin Henrichson
CEO/Founding Partner
As co-founder of Apogee, Kevin is instrumental in defining, organizing, and implementing effective development strategies for multi-unit programs across the enterprise business units. His skills add value by identifying ineffective steps and capitalizing upon economics of scale.
He continues to be responsible for the strategic planning of programs and the refinement of processes and procedures to improve development timelines, maximize invested capital dollars, and suggest overall strategies for optimal return on investment to the client. With his continued expertise and direction, Apogee is poised for exponential growth today and well into the future.

Steve Gartner
Steve is a co-founder of Apogee and has over 3 decades of experience in multi-unit restaurant and retail development programs. His commitment to meeting client deadlines while providing a high-quality project has enabled him to become an integral part of his client’s team while building long-lasting relationships. He uses these experiences to manage the entire firm while continuing in the role as client manager for many of the firm’s clients, helping to manage and coordinate the interaction between the architecture, design, property development, and construction teams to meet the client’s goals of a quality, timely, and budget-conscious project.

Marc Wills
Marc has over two decades of experience and has been involved in all phases of architectural design and construction drawings for multiple restaurant and retail concepts, along with multiple national chains. His experience includes retail and restaurant design, construction documents, as well as management of roll-out programs. As a Client Manager and licensed Architect, he oversees his team’s development of projects from schematic design through construction documents and construction administration. This also includes code research, coordinating with design consultants, and meeting with clients. He currently leads a team handling retail rollout programs for multiple national clients.

Daryl Atwood
Daryl Atwood is a highly accomplished architect and Client Manager. With over three decades of experience in the industry, Daryl specializes in the restaurant, hospitality, and entertainment sectors, managing projects across all 50 states. He is a board-certified professional through the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and holds a LEED AP Building Design + Construction certification, reflecting a deep commitment to architectural excellence and sustainable building practices. With a portfolio featuring notable work for multiple high-profile clients, Daryl holds a degree in Architecture and Design, forming the foundation for his long-standing success in nationwide architectural rollouts and project management.

Alicia Fisher-Herndon
Alicia has over 17 years of experience working on a variety of project types for both public and private entities. Her background in academic, higher education, and healthcare projects makes her adept at creating engaging and dynamic environments focused on client needs, budget, and ergonomics while simultaneously addressing the functionality, efficiency, and safety of the space. She has extensive experience with vision planning, design development, space planning, and spec. writing, and color/material selection. Alicia has demonstrated success leading multi-functional teams to achieve project goals and provide customers with environments that are creative, innovative, and safe. Alicia assists with the overall communication and coordination between architects, interior designers, and the Owner to ensure a precise and full understanding of the Client’s needs.

Mike Lewis
Mike is a LEED-accredited architect registered in the State of Texas for over 20 yrs. Mike’s primary responsibilities include managing accounts that range from tenant improvement to conversions to freestanding buildings. As a Client manager, Mike’s responsibilities include code compliance, scheduling, client management, construction documents, construction observation, quality control, and contract proposals. By developing a strong set of prototypical construction documents, we have consistently met the client’s schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Bryan White
Client Manager
As a skilled project management leader, Bryan oversees architectural and engineering projects of all sizes, effectively coordinating diverse teams comprising clients, contractors, and architects. Bryan excels in managing multiple projects concurrently, developing robust project controls, and leading status review meetings. With a focus on 3D visualization, Bryan creates photorealistic renderings that accurately represent design intent, ensuring clear communication with clients to meet their specific needs.

Shawn Offutt
Shawn has a strong work ethic due to his military background and is ARE certified with a vast knowledge of the Architectural field, spanning back to 1997 when he began this profession. Amongst his peers, he is best known for being a multifaceted professional with a background in churches, mid to high-rise, K-12 to include higher education, multi-family, big box, retail, PEMB, restaurants, family entertainment, and mixed-use podium designs. As a client manager with Apogee, he shares not only his knowledge of the architectural profession with his team and his client base, but he is also very well versed in code analysis and all aspects dealing with energy compliance. He also strives for an on-time approach to budgets, deliverable dates, client satisfaction, and his knowledge during the construction administration phase.

Graphic Designer
Eric Adams
With over 20 years of experience, Eric has helped accelerate many concepts through the design and approval processes with his 2D and 3D renderings. Eric is our graphic designer and computer modeling specialist. Many of our best projects have been greatly enhanced by Eric’s ability to bring a client’s project to life in a photo-realistic computer-generated model. This skill has allowed our clients to understand the feel of their projects better while it is still in the design phase, enabling our team to make strategic design adjustments in the office rather than on a construction site. Eric also puts these graphic skills to work as we help our clients create signage packages, logos, and custom wall graphics.
